In the Benelux Weight Watchers coaches are a mix of employed and self-employed professionals. Alligence was asked to create a tool that supports their entrepreneurial spirit with enough room for a personal touch, while supporting the overall Weight Watchers strategy.
We created a simple but effective toolbox with a clean interface that supports coaches in three languages. The database-driven tool enabled them to professionalise and intensify their client communication by setting up targeted topical or personal e-mail campaigns based on templated themes. It also offered them an easy way of ordering collaterals to incentivise meetings. The tool is also the perfect back office channel for efficient and direct contact with HQ for advice, support, training and FAQs.
In short, it leverages coaches' reporting, loyalty programmes, local public relations as well as knowledge sharing and training.
