An educational mini-game

European Commission

The Directorate General for Environment of the European Commission asked Alligence to come up with a fun and instructive simulation game for Green Week 2005.

The game would help entrepreneurs get acquainted with the newly implemented EU Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) -a plan to limit companies' CO2 emissions in a cost-effective way.

Running in Flash on a kiosk at the Green Week 2005 exhibition, players had the opportunity to experience various scenarios where, as the CEO of a big company, they had to take environment-friendly and, at the same time, cost-saving measures to come to terms with the ETS of their country.
