Introducing Label-Liteā„¢

Label Expo is one of the largest trade fairs for the labelling industry that took place in Brussels on 26-29 September this year. For the occasion, ExxonMobil Chemical Films wanted to make their labelling films solutions, Label-Lyte™, stick. Alligence was asked to present this brand new, innovative technology that will revolutionise the label production workflow.

Mixed channels

Besides creating the visual identity for the booth at the fair, Alligence also designed, developed and produced a product folder and data sheets to hand out to interested visitors. Another important element of the communication mix was the dedicated website and the e-mail invitation that was sent to customers and other target audiences.

Testimony of quality

In order to better illustrate the amazing properties and benefits of producing labels with Label-Lyte films, Alligence created and produced a presentation video, which was shown on a plasma screen at the booth. The new Label-Lyte Pressure-Sensitive Label (PSL) films enable ink adhesion testing straight from the press. To demonstrate this, visitors could pick up some testing tape and do the ink adhesion test themselves. For this we designed a personalised, Label-Lyte testing tape cardboard holder.

Sideshow characters

At Label Expo, ExxonMobil Chemical also pre-launched a brand new labelling solution that it developed together with Esko Artwork and HP: PacVantage™ Software and Technology. Alligence came up with the slogan “proof-to-press match, color guarantee,” and along with it we created and produced a presentation video showing how PacVantage works and how it will revolutionise the label production workflow by ridding the press proof at the printer’s.
